WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We recommend a minimum opening order of $500.
MSRPS + PROMOTIONAL PRICING
Any stockist of JOANNA BUCHANAN must adhere to the MSRP which is set on the Joanna Buchanan website. For our international partners, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions on setting your local currency MSRP.
We do our best to limit promotions and markdowns on our site and would ask that you do the same. Promotions should be limited in nature, and items should never be “permanently” on markdown.
BRAND ASSETS + PHOTOGRAPHY
Please reach out to us for the JOANNA BUCHANAN brand assets (logo, lifestyle photography, product copy, etc.) should you wish to sell on your website. We are happy to offer our product photography to share with our wholesale partners for items which they have ordered. Logo and photography must not be altered in any way without our express and specific approval.
SHIPPING + HANDLING
Please note, we do charge shipping on orders under a certain dollar value. We simply pass on our costs for Shipping + Handling (S+H).
If you would like to ship on your own UPS, FEDEX or DHL account, or via your own freight forwarder, in lieu of paying our S+H fee, please note that on your order and also EMAIL US!
Should you need your order to be expedited, please email us and we will advise lead times and rush and/or shipping charges.
DOMESTIC PARTNERS, when you check out, you will see the
following options for standard + expedited S+H:
Orders under $1000. S&H = cost determined at checkout
Over $1000 = Standard Shipping = free | Expedited Shipping= cost determined at checkout
INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS, when you check out you will be able to choose your ship method with associated costs. We do offer free shipping for orders over certain values. International standard S+H rates are as follows:
Orders under $10,000 = cost determined at checkout | Duties + VAT not included.
Orders over $10,000 = Free | Duties + VAT not included | PLEASE EMAIL US TO CREATE YOUR PRO FORMA
We do our best to ship in-stock items within four business days of receipt of order. We will do our best to estimate ship dates for backordered or new collections in advance of your order. Delivery times vary by location and carrier and destination. Orders placed after 3pm EST will start the shipping window the next business day.
If you need a rush order, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate, but it will be subject to an additional shipping/handling fee.
Rush orders must be placed prior to Noon EST, Monday through Friday.
If you need to return the goods, they must be sent back in original packaging within 48 hours of receiving delivery and will subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note – the packaging includes the poly bags and all the internal packing material that is used on all the items. We are also happy to cover shipping for one round of exchanges; we just ask you pay for the shipment to return to us.

RETURNS DUE TO SHIPPING DAMAGE
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check shipments at the time of arrival to their premises. Any visible damage to the package that results in damage to the product must be claimed directly through the shipper, within 24 hours, by the
purchaser. No claims for damage will be accepted without first making a claim to the shipper and receiving a damage claim confirmation number. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to keep all packing materials and boxes for inspection by the shipper for any claim for damages greater than $100.
RETURNS DUE TO FAULTY GOODS
We will take back any goods that are defective and offer a replacement or refund.
