We hope you are thrilled with your JOANNA BUCHANAN purchase. If, by any chance, you are not 100% happy with your purchase from joannabuchanan.com, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you to take it back and issue a refund or exchange. We will process your request under the following terms and conditions:
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: please visit the Global-E returns portal to process your return/exchange.
- All other orders, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Form within 30 business days from the date of delivery.
- We charge a flat fee of $10 for all return shipments. Once the return is authorized you will be sent an email with a shipping label.
- All items must be returned in unused condition in the original packaging including polybags, ribbons, box inserts, etc. Any used, damaged, or altered items, or anything JOANNA BUCHANAN, LLC. considers questionable will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Returns must be shipped back to JOANNA BUCHANAN, LLC within 5 business days from receipt of Return Authorization Form.
- Please pack your return carefully – we are not responsible for damage or loss for return shipments. We highly recommend you ship with a service that provides tracking and insurance.
- Refunds will be issued for the cost of merchandise and any applicable sales tax, less restocking fee, only. Shipping, VAT, duty fees, etc. are not refundable.
- Refunds will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase.
- We cannot accept returns of any items purchased from any other store or website that sells our products. Please contact the place of purchase for their return policy.
- Sale items are final sale and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If you receive an item that is defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within two days from date of delivery with photos of the item. If we deem the item defective, we will replace it free of charge as soon as possible.
DAMAGE IN SHIPPING
If the shipping box appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, please note the damage to the courier and decline the shipment. If any item you receive is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately and email photos of the shipping box and the damaged item(s) and we will help to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
If your shipment is missing an item(s), please first refer to your Confirmation Email. If you are missing items you were charged for, please email email@example.com as soon as possible and we will help to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
