Although I’m not Jewish, I love the ritual of the Passover Seder table. Telling stories through special plates, glasses and traditional foods… what a super wonderful way to mark the start of these holy days! The idea of bringing Spring colour and motifs onto the table… layering fresh greens and garden creatures just sings Spring to me! I think the concept of freedom seems more crucial now than ever. Freedom to move, to be, to live our lives as we choose. I am certainly feeling much more optimistic now than I was even a month ago. I am excited that we can (safely) celebrate looking forward to new beginnings with hope and an eye on Spring! Let's set a beautiful table, sit together and enjoy the company of those next to us.
